I won't be able to lift for about a week because of my schedule with my job. How does /fit/ handle not being able to workout for a while?

Enjoy your break, eat healthy, keep a good sleep scheule, do some basic calisthenics and cardio when you can, and come back back next week. If you're worried about your heavy lifts, maybe deload everything by 10% when you get back and proceed from there. You and your gains will be perfectly fine.
