I can only do like 3 pullups if that's what you're implying. I can however do enough chin ups to make a set but I already do DB curls

Deadlift 1x5
Pulldowns 3x8-12 or Chinups 3xF or weighted 3x5
Cable Crossovers 3x8-12
Close Grip Bench Press 3x6-8 SS Barbell Cheat Curls 3x6-8
Facepulls 3x8-12
Calf Raises 4x15
B:
Squat 3x5
Bench Press 3x5
Barbell Rows 3x5
Close Grip Bench Press 3x6-8 SS Incline DB Curls 3x8-12
Calf Raises 4x15 SS Lateral Raises 3x8-12
