Will progress on SS be effected much if I add in a few sets of Dips and Curls on A, and Chins and Lateral Raises on B?

A being : squats/press/dead
B being : squats/bench/cleans

if you do them on friday after your main workout it should be fine. if you add them before then it depends for how long you have been lifting

nobody can tell you how you will react and how your progress will be affected by it. you have to try for yourself and see what's best for you
>>
you're supposed to do chins on clean day anyway.

No, it's completely fine. Doing a few sets of curls twice a week isn't going to stall your deadlift. I would also add calf raises somewhere.

>calf Raises

Most pointless muscles to train, they don't grow unless you get fat as fuck or inject gear

Read the book. It literally tells you that you can or should add accessories like that.

Not to the novice lp dumbass, you dapple with assistance exercises at the intermediate stage.

Alex, I'll take bullshit broscience for 600.

I can do bodyweight dips and chins for 3x10, but my barbell compound lifts are novice.

Usually novice lifters can't do dips or chins like I can, so what do I do in this situation?

add weight to them and continue progressing on lifts?
