Just generally hating here, but how are the NYR people giving up in your countries?
Just this Thursday, I read two articles by tubby-looking skanks who started off about how they had wanted to "improve their health" by joining a gym, followed by a couple paragraphs of muttering about how strange all the machines there were and how helpless they felt, and then went on about what a sick and unnatural lifestyle (because it's not a hobby, it's a twisted and perverted lifestyle) bikini fitness competitors lead - Training up to SIX TIMES A WEEK, and in the weeks leading up to their competitions, sometimes ingesting LESS THAN ONE THOUSAND CALORIES and often developing terrifying EATING DISORDERS after their competitions.
They then concluded about how it's probably safest for them to learn how to love their own bodies (presumably by inhaling a tub of deep-fried Tim Tams slathered with Nutella).
It fuckin enrages me how these people cannot come to terms with how they failed at something rather simple by overcomplicating the issue, ragging on other people who clearly enjoy what they're doing, and suggesting everyone else abide by their sloven view of personal health, trying to sound like a voice of reason.

And why is it always women?
I ain't seen a single article written about how unhealthy and unnatural men's physique competitors or male bodybuilders are.

I felt bad for him because he used to be an athlete before he got a serious injury and I suppose he never stopped eating like an athlete.

This was one of the sadder ones. Pauline was also a stupid piece of shit, but her son had serious emotional issues because of what he had to do to take care of her. He was just a helpless robot who obviously had no social life and was depressed as fuck. That last scene of them in the bingo hall was just heartbreaking.

I was really sick in 2013 with really bad bipolar and ended up in skelly mode at 6ft1, 150 pounds.
I got better (kicked my alcohol and pill addiction, was put on the right meds, got therapy, went back to school) over 2014 and got into my first relationship in over a year at the end of 2014. My ex was really cool but they were thick, which I didn't much care about at the time.

One of the meds I am on is a mood stabilizer that can easily cause weight gain. Over 2015 and first half of 2016, I ballooned up to 220 pounds. It was a combination of a shit diet (that my ex happily fueled as they gained over 100 pounds over the course of our relationship), not exercising as much as I should have, and just being a lazy fuck.

I broke it off this past May and am down to 209 after going full workout and diet mode beginning two months ago at the beginning of December. Cut out all the sugars, minimized carbs, cut portion sizes, swim hard as a motherfucker 3 times a week, and I'm losing 1 to 1.5 pounds a week.
