can't seem to increase weight on lifts and i'm slowly losing motivation. what do?
maybe try adding more weight so your body adapts to the new question

You have choices you can cheat or you can go for a bro-split/calisthenics thing and realize that continuously doing the same BIG LIFTS with the same fucking rep range when you inevitably hit the wall in hopes of one day going through that wall mushroom tip first is stupid.

my lifts are fucking pathetic that's why i shouldn't be stalling this early on. and why is it always at the same fucking weight?
>>40179375
If it's not at the same weight it's not called stalling ;^)

>deloaded

>>40180047

deadlift 130x1x5
ohp 50x3x5
bench 70x3x5

Id say since you're on the border of novice and intermediate, maybe its time to try a block/undulating progression, 4 times a week That's what i did and it helped me to break plateaus. just google it for in depth explanation.
