When I was being a meme and only focusing on legs/ass I did Leg Press 3x8, RDL 3x8, Leg Extension 3x8, and Squats 3x5 occasionally. Now I actually am trying to get into serious weightlifting, but I have noticed that squats are really the best exercise-- if done correctly squats activate your entire posterior chain, and don't seem to wreck your knees like the leg extensions did for me.

So yeah, you totally can build muscle with a ton of leg-focused accessories, but squats are ezpz. Just my 2 cents :^)
