If you are trying to lose weight at such an unhealthy starting point, try to ease into it. Losing weight can be difficult if you make it difficult.

I was able to lose weight at the beginning by eating only 3 meals a day without snacking inbetween.
After I pleateued I stop drinking anything besides water.
Pleateued again then started exercising.
Pleateued again stop eating fast food for lunch.
Pleateued again up the intensity or cardio.

Do you see the pattern anon? I was able to lose 50lbs in a little less than 6 months by constantly changing my ways.
