I recently had gyno surgery and today i finally took off my compression vest. It's been couple of hours since then and and i went to the bathroom to take a look again and my right nip looks perfect but my left nip is a little bit puffy like iv'e got small gyno. Im an expert at life and i know it's probably fucked for good since the right one is ok but i would like to know if anyone had this issue after gyno removal.

I think you're fucked. I had the same exact thing happen to me and it never went away. Been 2 years since. Didn't take any test, hgh, tren or anythign ever since. Still there unfortunately.
