Here's my proposed program, this is what I will be doing myself soon, with added yoga and cardio.
M W F you follow greyskull LP with dips and chin ups added.
Sat you do oly, snatch first then C&J obviously do complexes and partials.

if you want to do supertotal training, just follow a weightlifting routine with bench as tricep assistance, otherwise you'll never be that good at the classics. You squat for weightlifting anyway, and pulls carry over to deadlifts
plus, skipping necessary bodybuilding exercises, especially stuff like rows and hamstrings, will come back to bite you
