If you ever had 20 minutes to watch a piece of shit show or even 5 minutes you could have done some form of workout.

The key to maintaining for the rest of your life is learning MED. Minimum Effective Dose.
A single set of any one exercise done to your absolute limit once a week is ALL YOU NEED for that particular bodypart for that week.
You can do a single set of squats, deadlifts bench press, overhead press, and chinups and curls WITH MAX EFFORT on each set no bullshit and that would be ALL YOU NEED FOR THE WEEK.
That's it.

Hell you could have even got up and did a strength based calisthenics routine

or did a 5 minute tabata full body calisthenics routine along with stretching or just Burpee ladders and some chins and been good.


Oh and if you're only worried about flexibility and want simple fast effective fitness stuff, then look into relax into stretch and pavlev uh...tastouline kettlbell stuff.
