What does /fit/ do for cardio?
Iv been playing basketball at the gym for my cardio but yesterday I decided to hit the rowing machine as I was walking past it and boy was I sweating at the end of that.
I read you can burn upwards of 800 calories an hour, that seems a bit high but who knows. Also after how long of doing cardio does your body begin to burn muscle along with fat? Or was that just broscience bullshit

That would be about a 2min 500m pace, not super difficult but hard if you're a novice.

I run, sprint, or run stairs.
i lift heavy weights a few times a week
I run once a week. It's hard to run anymore and lift. Legs can't handle it combined with physical labor job. Either legs are sore from work or run or lift. They fucking stay sore. Help
