eat light foods, light foods are easy on the intestines and allow you to eat more and more and more.
eat rice, chicken, and avocado.
these three are the center of your diet.
add steamed vegetables and different sauces as you please.
oatmeal and eggs for breakfast with grapes and bananas.
i put on 20 lbs in a month doing this.
Drink a litre of milk with every meal. Easy to get down and full of good shit.
