>finish last set, hear a voice from the manlet pit
>peer down, see a group of manlets looking up at me
>"h-hey man, could you pass that barbell down here? i-if you're done with it"
>look around for gym staff, not supposed to talk to manlets
>no one around
>feeling generous so i quickly strip the plates and drop the bar into the pit

they wanted some plates too but there was a PT approaching on a segway so i pretended not to hear and went to do pullups
