Does anyone else feel sick after doing certain exercises?
Twice now, after doing legs at the gym, I've felt really ill and slightly dizzy- what the fuck is going on?
My friend says he feels like throwing up if he does lunges, is it just something I'm stuck with?
>doing legs twice since jan 1st
confirmed not going to make it
Eat more and drink more water. After the doing the exercises for a few weeks you should feel fine.

I feel nauseous sometimes after doing legs.
Drinking a lot of water makes it worse.

The same happened to me when I tried to workout during the morning. After a few exercises I started feeling like shit, went to the bathroom and puked. When i returned i blacked out. It turns out i was low on sugar

Deadlifts and squats do that. Sometimes I feel dizzy and see lights but I'm fairly sure that it happens because of my low blood pressure.
