Hello /fit,
QTDDTOT thread
Here we post all our fit related questions that don't need an entire thread to be answered.
I'll start.
Is it normal that I am 5'10, 147 lbs and only maintaining/subtly losing weight at a 3100 tracked calorie diet?
Im taking in about 380g carbs, 150g protein and 100g of fat, all tracked with myfitnesspal and a food scale.
Should I up my macros even more? Perhaps more carbs, more protein?

1/10 bait.
but im gonna say anyway that myfitnesspal is for dumbfucks that dont know how to use their brain to count and store caloric and macro data throughout the day

No bait,
I typically don't use MFP when I'm not on the go so much, but since I'm taking six uni courses, and working right after, It just eases the information flow. I started lifting a year ago at 120 lbs and now am 147 but have kind of plateau'd in terms of weight gain.

Literally what is wrong with using myfitnesspal, it simplifies things so much that I can't imagine any reason why someone would choose to manually record all macros and calories when you can just scan the barcode and have everything inputted and added up for you.
What is a suitable substitute for leg extensions? In before, more squats.
Can I get a BF estimate?, I tried online calculators with the US Navy formula and I don't think I'm 14-15%.
I'm 6'2" and 176
