This was about 6 months ago. What the fuck happened?

I ate large bowl of bran about 10minutes before going for a walk. I'm wondering if it was all the fibre in me that did it, or if it was previous nights front squat.

Not OP but I started squatting at 50kg 9 months ago. I'm now also at 140kg with a 150kg 1R PR

Also if you're knees are hurting your form is fucked, plain and simple.
