Let's cut the bullshit /fit/. We need to admit that all of those "gainz" don't mean shit. People who don't pin test look like shit, they will always look like pic related. You just cannot look good unless you pin testosterone, this is the natty limit.
Anyone with visible abs is roiding, don't fall for these trolls and waste your time lifting as a natty, it's not worth it. If you want to get any gains you need to go on test, a cycle only costs $100, do it or you will always be a DYEL.

The only people who say they're "insanely easy" to get are absolute skellies though. Building a respectable amount of mass and then cutting to show the abs is not easy in any way. It requires dedication and consistency, and some real hard work in the gym.
