hi /fit/
so i just started working out, but im not seeing any progress here.
how long did it take before you started turning gay?
I started 2 weeks ago.
>1km swim in the morning.
>10km on the pushy at the gym
>Another 15m on the bike in the evening.
>15 minutes of lifting.
Every day.
>Tennis 2 days per week.
>Eat protein shakes.
>200Cal per meal.
You'll see results in a fortnight.

It's slow anon. It happens gradually. Right now you'll just start to look up to a couple of fitness gods like say Zyzz, Arnold, or Scooby. In about a year you'll be mirin other dudes. In about two years you'll have a /thicc/ full of other men. Give it time.
This was actually researched and published on in a Master's thesis:

Listen up, anon. This is probably the most important thing that nobody ever tells you.
LOG.
YOUR.
PROGRESS.
Install an app like "Progression" and use it to log every single lift. For every lift, on the final set make sure you're lifting a heavier weight than your previous 8 rep max.
especially when starting out, if you don't increase weights and you do the exact same weight as you did the week before, you are completely wasting your time and doing glorified cardio. I would know, I did this for months during my first year of lifting and made no gains.
