You are probably reading the packaging incorrectly. The nutritional information on the back is for one serving and it will give a measurement in ounces, grams, or similar for the weight or volume of food in one serving. Therefore you do need to weigh most foods.

If your TDEE is 2700 and you're overweight you must eat more than that. Either you've calculated wrong or you're misjudging how many calories you eat. Something ain't right if you aren't losing weight.

.kst likely you've calculated your TDEE wrong. 2700 is pretty high and unless you are like 6'5" with decent musculature it's probably a lot lower than that.

I mostly eat canned fish, leafy vegetables, and multivitamins. Leafy vegetables aren't a good source of calories and I don't eat enough of them for that to be the case, the multivitamin isn't a significant source of calories, so the only food source left is canned fish.
