I read for muscle growth you should aim for at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. How am I supposed to get in 150 grams of protein a day? Let's sta for breakfast I eat three eggs, then for lunch three servings of peanuts then for dinner a chicken breast.
That's 18+18+50= 86 grams. Also, I don't eat dairy or soy.
You need to eat at least a dozen eggs a day if you want to make it. You also need to eat at least a pound of beef/chicken liver daily.
It's 1 gram per LEAN bodyweight, not total bodyweight
1g per lean kg of bodyweight

this. Nobody on /fit/ can read, so just assume that anything you see here is only vaguely true
Don't listen to these faggots. Unless you eat 10g of protein per lb of total bodyweight you will get no gains.
Just buy whey powder and eat a tub a day.

Protein powder helps a lot 28g~ per scoop so 1 scoop in the morning and 1 in the evening will equate to 56g of protein then fill in the rest with balanced meals.
Or use scoobys workshop diet plan thing:

its 1g per kg of lean bodyweight. you're already eating enough
