Too lazy to cook an actual meal here, so I just fried 750g ground beef with onions and a shitton of spices.
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs and a few slices of bacon
Lunch: Banana and protein bar
Dinner: Leftover stuffed bell peppers

On my last cut I used to eat half my daily calories in the morning to get ober the day
Breakfast: cottage cheese with some honey, banana and coffee
Lunch: protein shake, baked salmon and asparagus
Dinner: whatever gf feels like doing, probably some salad + chicken breast

for me, i have the hardest time not eating before bed. Its fucking torture for me to go to bed hungry. I know its my shitty will power, but ive just given in. i eat all my calories after mid day and ive still managed to lose a shit ton of weight, while still being able to eat a little snack before bed.
20 nuggets for $4 from burger king
2 big kings for $5
2 spicy chicken sandwiches for $5
540ml can of chickpeas and kidney beans
a cup of pure blueberry juice after my workout
a cup of shredded wheat and bran

Have you tried eating a big breakfast (with stuff that keeps you full like brown rice, oats,..) and then having the next meal in the evening? Gets semi-shitty in the ours before dinner but this worked for me

lunch-protein powder
dinner- chicken breast with broccoly
Lost 15 lbs doing this but I crave sugar like crazy
