What is the fastest way to lose two pants sizes without lopping off bits of my body or doing hard drugs.
I'm 6'4" 260lbs and wear a size 40-32 in Levi's. I want to be down to a 36 in about 3 weeks. A 38 would even be acceptable.

If dnp isn't a hard drug, then do that. 3 week 500 mg dnp cycle, ec stack, 1000 kcal deficit and other supps will let you drop 15ish pounds in 3 weeks. May not let you lose 4 inches off your waist but it's your best bet since you can't target fat around your waist.

My girlfriend shot my timeline for the next year in the foot. I was going to fly her down in July but she got contacted by the NBA to design a major trophy, so she's flying down next month and im going to go meet her.

If you don't do it already, then start pounding back a gallon of water a day. You'll piss away a good 5-10lbs of water weight over the next week.

Its short sighted because a rapid about of timeline shortening. I have a buddy who does powerlifting that was gonna help me out in the long run but right now i just want to drop the sizes for a confidence boost. I'll worry about sustainable weight loss after the fact
