bend at the hips not the knees. and try to focus on the "ribs down" cue. not huge problems, just what I saw that could be improved.
>>40157698
So lean my torso forward?
>>40157669
Remember to take a big breath and brace for each rep. Really not too bad at all though.
>>40157723
No. Work on your hip flexibility. Your torso will move slightly foward as a result, but this is a bad queue to give someone. Also work on your should flexibility. Other than that you're fine.
>>40157723
nah, your ribcage looks like its sticking out at the bottom of the movement especially. I would just try to focus on keeping the ribs "down" which really means just not sticking out so much. not a huge problem, I'm just trying to find anything potentially wrong with it and that's what I'm coming up with.
thanks. i'll see if I can make the correct adjustments.

I already told you yesterday you fucking idiot.
Stop posting this thread

>implying I am low bar squatting
The guy who said to break at the hips is misinforming you. You break at the hips for LOWBAR squat and not the highbar.
Your squat looks fine. Just do what the other said; take a deep breath and brace for each rep.

Aren't elbows supposed to be pointing backwards and not downwards for high bar?

>>40157669
looks gud
>>40157951
no. other way around

1. You go down too fast
2. You don't go ATG
3. You can see the weight is too heavy for you because youre all twitchy and looking for the easiest position biomechanically.
4. You squat without shoes, which is retarded
