I am cutting right now, which probably is contributing to my tired levels, I know.
The best I've ever felt is when I spent a month in jail. It was lights out at 9 and up at 6. I genuinely felt great mentally and physically.
Because of this I try to get 9 hours a night now. I also try not to use my phone for an hour before bed.
