I occasionally hit 190-200 during hiit but mostly it just stays 140-160. Resting hr is 59 for reference

When I run on the treadmill, I usually do 5 minutes walking at 3.5, then as long as I can running at 6mph (most I've managed is 10 minutes before a rest) and after two religions, I am routinely in the low 180s. Haven't died yet.
