I fast for three days straight every week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). I can do it until someone asks me to have a coffee with them or someone is sharing sweets at work. One little taste of food and I'm like a shark hunting down where that drop of blood came from.
How do you guys have such horrible willpower? When presented with unhealthy shit that doesnt fit your macros, just tell yourself that your goal body feels better than any food tastes.
