Any reason why I shouldn't be drinking 9-12 cups of whole milk a day? Ive been bulking and I find it much easier to drink my calories however I'm getting paranoid about drinking so much milk for months at a time any health concerns I should have? I've googled it and I couldn't find anything other than I might get fat (again not a big deal I'm bulking) soo any thoughts?

Be careful with the sugar. if you find yourself start having really weird energy fluctuations, you are drinking too much. I did GOMAD for a couple months. I gained good weight but got tested and was very close to being diagnosed with diabetes. Also make sure your shits are normal. Mine were turning a golden color from all the casein.
