Their pizza is 700cal/slice if you buy their single slices at the food court. Their individual slices are a lot bigger than the slices when you buy a whole pizza. Slices from the box are around 1/2 the size.

Eggs, giant bags of frozen chicken breasts or thighs, canned tuna, frozen vegetables, greek yogurt, rice, beans, etc. All the basics can be had for cheap, in massive quantities.

Yes, I buy it everytime I go.They stopped carrying the flavored ones at my store but I get the plain containers. 10/10 value. I put 2 tablespoons of their raspberry preserves in it. It's dank.
