It's fine desu. Strength and control is the best in my opinion. I'd add in some more shoulder work and some more chest work on upper body days.

spoto press is paused bench not touching your chest. ohp is under optional shoulder exercise.

candito program is for powerlifting and there is no OHP there so naturally it's not under main lifts but you can do it as optional shoulder exercise.

This is Powerlifting routine, besides Candito doesn't seem to particularly believe in the OHP carry over to Bench. If you wanna stick to Strength training try Madcow and/or Texas Method.
