hey fir so yesterday i smack my hand on a wall and 2 of my knuckles on my left hand is broken.

doctor said i should avoid using that hand for 3 weeks.

but i still want to lift so i wanna know what exercises i can do for my upper body that dont require gripping onto anything because i dont just wanna train the right side of my body for the next month. thnx

a fucking wrist strap, any will do.
Just hold the fingers that you cant use out straight, with a strap your fingers mainly act as a means of balance so you don't technically need to use all of them.
