Friends and/or wife allowed to fuck up my cut. Nothing over 800 cal which means decent sized portion of just about anything that isn't "fast food". If don't eat out have plain pasta w/spinach or 2 eggs.
Dinner = (Burger) 392cal
Sammich thins = 100c
Frzn Beef Patty = 240c
2% cheese slice = 45c
Cup Spinnachio = 7c
You can do it man. Had a get together at a friends house on the 15th and got mired for the weight loss. I think of that every time I pass by a vending machine at my college.
