you need to eat a certain amount of certain types of food at certain times throughout the day. you need to pick certain things up that weigh a certain amount in a certain manner and put them back down in a certain manner.
you also have to not do a million things like
-drink 20 shots a day every day
-eat 100% of calories from sugar
-only do bicep curls
-have fucked up hormones
-have injury/deformity
etc. etc.
