Anybody know any sold routines that will primarily help a football player?
I'm looking for something more along the lines of linebacker routines for strength and explosiveness

Bill starr routines are made for football.
Usually centered around power cleans, squats, and presses

I know that 2B is a serious cutie.
Power Cleans are going to be your main source of explosive power. Bench and squat always help strength. Back in high school our routine was
Day 1: Bench and squat.
Other workouts that include these muscle groups like push-ups, lunges, etc.
Day 2: Power cleans.
Other workouts of your choice like upright rows, deadlifts, etc.
Day 3: Bench and Front squat.
Workouts of your choice.
Day 4: We usually did circuit training that would consist of a full body workouts.
Day 5: Very intense cardio (like sprinting up hills)
Week 1: 3x3; 70-75-80%
Week 2: 10-8-6; 60-65-70%
Week 2 (Cleans): 4x3; 65-70-75-80
Week 3: 5x5; 65-70-75-80-85
Week 4: 3x3; 80-85-90
Week 5; 5-4-3-2-1; 80-85-90-95-100
(Repeat)
Percentages should only affect your main lifts (bench, squat, and cleans) Make sure you're doing cardio every day and your workouts should be atleast and hour and a half long. This routine really helped me gain strength and muscle real quick and I still use it. Also make sure you're eating enough and getting enough rest.
