>do squats below parallel, don't feel anything
>do bench, feel it the most in forearms
>do ohp, don't feel it anywhere but forearms
>do db flys, feel it in forearms
>do db press, feel it in forearms even though dbs are at chest level
>do leg press, actually feel it in quads
every single exercise i do causes burning feeling in my forearms, why is that? yet for some reason they have been 11 inches (kek) since i started 6 months ago. asked a few regulars to check my form and it's good on all lifts, so what's going on? every exercise i do, especially isolations, i have to stop early because of the burning feeling which starts to affect my grip.

Your forearms might be your limiting factor in all those lifts. Idk, still sounds strange given you've been training for 6 months. Are you doing any forearm isolation work that could be impeding recovery?

How much weight are you using for the lifts?

>not feeling leg press in your forearms
fuggin pleb

no because literally everything i do i feel it in them. doesn't make sense to do even more work on them on the side.
funny thing though, deadlifts i don't feel in forearms at all.

147.5 kg squat, 170 deadlift, 85 bench, 60 ohp, 20 db fly, 30 db press, 200 leg press
compounds are usually 3x6 or 5x5, db work 3x8 to 12 depending on how my forearms feel

>do leg press
>feel it in forearms
