I'm trying to fix my lordosis, but my glutes are always activiated and my stomach sucked in.... is this normal? I don't see how it can be maintained, to activate all the time. After 10 minutes I've gone back to my bad posture without realising it.

That's not really lordosis, your spine is supposed to have a natural arch at the lower back.

Don't sleep on your stomach.
Stretch quads. Glutes and hamstrings need to be stronger in relation to quads.
