I'm looking for a 3 day intermediate program for aesthetics. I've almost hit the 1/2/3/4 mark (1.5, 2, 2.5, 4) with Phrak's Greyskull and I wanted to move on once I've reached that goal. I don't really want to go on to powerlifter stats, I just want to look good. Problem is that every intermediate program seems to be 4-6 days a week, but I've only got time between college and work for 3 days a week. Am I hosed on this?

I get tendinitis in my knee now and then that usually causes me to slow down on squat progression while it recovers, so my squat gains are slow but dropping. That's part of why I did Greyskull is because the squats are only 2x a week. Thank your shin tibias for not being overgrown. :(

i can't think of a program worse for looking good than TM, you're getting beaten into the ground with squats on volume day, burned out by squats on intensity day, and pretty much doing nothing at all on recovery day
