The inside of my elbow hurts when I'm doing curls. It doesn't feel good.

you should do reverse grip (overhand) curls for reps not weight. i had the same thing, and doing these once a week fixed it.
you've overworked/trained your hand flexors and left your extensors literally painfully unbalanced

to clarify- light light light weight standing barbell curls focusing on keeping your arms parallel and going from full hanging extension to "knuckles to nipples" totally controlled (with no swing)
