Is the "avoid carbs at night" thing just a meme?
Ive been tracking macros for a while now and even though i have seen great weight loss, i feel like im plateauing a little bit. I normally have the same meal 3x a day but people have suggested i ommit the carbs later in the day because itll "spike my insulin" and make me store more fat. Is this true or am i overthinking it?
just eat 30 or less carbs 6x a week while maintaining your protein needs, and eat however many carbs while maintaining protein 1x a week. ez results
