You don't necessarily need to develop a lot of confidence. You can still have an odd personality. When you're a fat fuck and do autistic shit, girls think it's weird. When you're a fit fuck and do autistic shit, girls think it's cute.

Been fairly fit all my life but I used to be socially awkward outside of my main friend circle.
Now I'm confident and loving life. didn't have to do anything with fitness though. Just life lessons and maturing. 24yo btw.
