anyone here got any experience with VLCDs?
I'm on the end of week one, i enjoy them and i don't feel overly out of energy. I don't feel overly hungry etc and it's going good.
I'm not planning on going back to eating like before, i worked out for four months and enjoyed it but decided i wanted to do this for three weeks or so to get off some fat and then instantly start working out again, it's not a cop out since i enjoy gym and i'm bored to death right now because i can't make the progress. i just want to lose a 10kgs for a better frame of building muscle

When your glycogen stores hit empty you will feel like ass, and not working out while eating at such a huge deficit you are going to lose a ton of lean mass, even if every calorie you consume is pure protein. Most likely you will look and feel significantly worse after a VLCD than if you just eat a balanced, moderate deficit and work out.
Unless of course you are massively obese, in which case go nuts.
