What happens if you're on a strength routine and cut down to 10% or so bodyfat.
Do you look like a skele that's strong, or do you actually look athletic?

You look cut as fuark and strong in an old-school survial way.
Thick core, broad shoulders, ripped back, big legs (and if you've done it right) decent sized arms.
You may or may not look like you lift in formal clothing depending on frame, however you will certainly look like you're fit as fuark in well fitted casual clothes.
-T dude who has dropped down to 208lbs at 8% bodyfat at 6'3" who does nothing but 5x5 compounds and accessory lifts.
YMMV though, I have very broad shoulders.

Depends on how strong you've gotten, whether you keep lifting on your cut or go full retard mode, what your insertions and proportions are like.
If you're average sized and hit 1/2/3/4 and cut while lifting for maintenance you will look decent but nowhere great. If cut down from somewhere around 2/3/4/5 you'll look fantastic by normie standards.

If you're a beginner you can. If you are intermediate you might but unlikely. If you're advanced and you build muscle while on a cut, you're either underestimating your calories or you're on roids.
