How do i make my own routine since im very picky about some exercises and therefore cannot do most premade ones?

Hip thrusts
weighted lunges.
Thats all you need. If you dont want your thighs to grow, and only your butt to grow, then just do hip thrusts and some external rotation exercises for your hip.
