How do you guys fight gym boredom?
I'm 26 now and have been lifting since I was 15, 4-5 days a week for over 11 years and now I'm just feeling so.. disinterested.
I'm 5'11 170lbs/180cm kg
I'm just bored with the whole routine, I hate going to the gym, I hate never seeing progress, I'm never going to get leaner or stronger or bigger. What's the point?

You find something new to get excited about. A different goal, a different routine, new movements, whatever.
Unless you're a fucking monster, you can still get bigger/stronger/leaner. You're just not going to be able to do all three at once.

try oly lifting, crossfit, calisthenics, strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding... anything new

try edging between sets
Switch ur routine up every 3-6 months. Thats what I do, I always get excited when I start a new routine
