I've started 2-suns 531LP yesterday and can't really figure out what accessories to do. He out "Back" for to Monday and Tuesday. Would it be beneficial at all to do Rows and other back stuff one to consecutive days?

Making great progress so far! My bench stalled at 80kg on a PPL so i switched to this for the added volume and nice progression and its back to linear progression and I am at 92.5kgx5 now after 5 weeks
