fat guy here
i looked in the sticky, but it's all greek to me. as a fat guy(250~lbs, 5'11), what should i be doing to lose weight and gain stamina? i don't really eat plants; they tend to make me sick soon after i eat them, so i generally stick to meat and poultry.
keep in mind that i have GAD, so i'm pretty terrified of working out so hard that i collapse and die. i want to slim down; not kill myself(yet).

Vegetables make you sick because your body doesn't know what the fuck they are. Get over it and eat them. Eat lots of them. Grains aren't vegetables. Fruits aren't vegetables. Only vegetables are vegetables, now eat your fucking vegetables!

I'm sorry. Just read the damn sticky. I used to be a really fat fuck like you. It was so hard to start losing it, but once I did start, it was like going down a steep hill. You're afraid that it won't even be worth it. You're feeling almost like you won't be yourself anymore if you ever accomplish your goal.
