Anyone take "natural" supplements for mood disorders or mental illness in general? Been thinking about trying to supplement with St. John Wort but been hearing mixed things about it.
Anything for focus/concentration as well?
I can kinda relate. I'm working on beating my anxiety, and I've been taking Omega 3, B vitamin, and E vitamin supplements. Also started eating better. I've noticed I've felt better, but still dealing with anxiety.
I still need to improve my sleeping habits and need to get active again.
What's a good workout to get back into things?
i had pretty bad depression as a kid and bipolar. ive tried to off myself twice to no avail.
at around 18 i got a regular psychologist and got some meds. havent been depressed in years its awesome. i'd say seek professional help and explain what you're going through to your friends or family
