You could mantain upper level strength (meaning, neurological strength for those 3-2 reps), but your 5RM, 4RM and 6RM will go to shit guaranteed even after some weeks after the cut

What kind of a deficit are you running?
You could run 5/3/1 with LISS on upper body/off days I guess
