Have you ever seen anyone able to deadlift 495 for 3x5? That's a very impressive one rep max, and it's an extremely respectable working weight for 3x5. A 250lb guy deadlifting that would at the very worst look builtfat, and regardless he's still stronger than basically anyone at a commercial gym.
