Morning: half shot of bourbon with enough instant coffee in it to make 2-3 pots. I make a stim-free shake then after showering, and by the time I leave for work the bourbon has burnt off. Sips is sugar substitute crap that fucks your metabolism and gains

Afternoon: Tea, loose leaf, no sugar

Evening: Nothing. I've already had enough for the day in drink form. DMAA is better as powder chased by water.
