Are there any downsides of steady jogging for 15-30 minutes everyday? Just on the treadmill and no incline.
jogging is the same shit as fast walking
Yeah, coming out to your parents is pretty hard and awkward

Cortisol production if you're going at a decent pace to improve your conditioning. This can affect your CNS and your lifting.
If you're going at a lower pace you basically burn nothing in 30 minutes, you won't really lose much more fat than just sitting at home all day.
tl;dr: Cardio is a meme.

you are clueless if you think that cardio is a meme. if done after lifting it only has benefits

I always jog 10km/h for 15-30 min on the treadmill after lifting.

It hampers recovery if you do it at the point where there are endurance benefits.
If you do low intensity after lifting just to cut I agree with you completely, however, that requires dedicating 3-4 hours at the gym in a day.

This is relatively low intensity depending on how fit you are. Anyway you're burning what, like 2-400 calories? It's a small payoff in my opinion.

Wow you are fucking retarded. As a pt I can say that everyone in the world of any fitness level benefits from daily cardio, and that to hamper recovery you would have to be not eating enough food. Jfc the "can't cardio and weight train at the same time" meme needs to die

Cycling is the ultimate mix of cardio and led workout

You're completely clueless.

>As a pt
I'm laughing so fucking hard right.
As and MD I recommend you go kill yourself. Fucking loser.
I share a similar concern as the OP.
I have to do 5+ cardio sessions per week (tfw CF patient) with at least 3 of them high intensity.
How can I optimise this while still trying to gain weight and lift big at the gym? I am doing 3 days/week in the gym, eating 3600 cal/day.
